Kind of disappointed. I didn’t call the salon just because I don’t want to waste my time sadly. I got dip nails done s week ago. Within 4 days, two of my nails had chipped polish. Now I’m a week into my nails getting done and 6 of my nails are chipped. So chipped that they’re snagging on clothes, scratching me, etc. I’m going to remove them today. I wasted my money. My dip usually lasts 3 weeks everywhere else. This was my first time here and likely my last.

Critical: QualityIt saddens me to write this review because the first visit was immaculate which is why I came back. This visit on the other hand… I selected my color and shape. For some reason another tech began working on one hand while the original tech continued on the first hand. AND YOU CAN TELL! I have two different sets on each hand. nothing is consistent, not color or shaping. The tech who started working on my hand out of no where had a regular come in and she began to rush my hand and the whole set just looks terrible because both hands are different. I’m a nail person always have been I take a lot of pride because I use my nails as an artistic outlet and this is just sad. This was my second time coming to this nail salon and I decided to try a pedicure as well. It was an overall amazing experience. I got gel on my natural nails and they last about a month and a half so it’s definitely worth the price. They will accommodate your preference and even offer water. They are extremely clean and are following COVID protocol.

The ladies at the salon were really nice and helpful. And I like that the place is clean and quiet. My biggest complaint is how much nails look. I wanted a simple French tip and this is what my nails look like. They’re uneven, the shapes are off and don’t all match and even the lengths of the nails vary. Also I have shellac under some of my nails because the guy didn’t remove it from all of them. The guy rushed the job and whenever I tried saying something to him about his work he didn’t understand me. I spent 2 hours here and was just beyond ready to leave. Maybe I needed a different tech but because of how my nails look I won’t be returning to this salon.

I received a text saying Nails by Tony and Ann was offering 10% discount so I went for that reason. They did not honor the discount. The gentleman rushed through my manicure and pedicure. I have always liked going to this establishment, but will not be going back. Did like the service I received today and didn’t that they did not honor discount. They lost a good customer over a $4 discount. If you text the discount, you should honor it.
