The salon is clean and pleasant-smelling, and the staff was friendly and did a great job. I felt like a queen sitting in the ultra plush massage chair with three people working on me at once. The face massage I received after my waxing was a very welcome surprise and extremely relaxing. This was my first visit, and I selected the salon based on other’s reviews. I was not disappointed. The salon is clean and pleasant-smelling, and the staff was friendly and did a great job. I felt like a queen sitting in the ultra plush massage chair with three people working on me at once. The face massage I received after my waxing was a very welcome surprise and extremely relaxing. UNFORTUNATELY? I can’t leave ZERO STARS….THIS place SMELLS like dirty feet, they aren’t very clean and they have managed to leave me bleeding, and disappointed. DON’T GO HERE!!! Save your money & go somewhere ELSE!

This place is trash. They resuse their cleaning tools. I should have just left when I couldn’t find the colors I wanted. They barely had nice colors and their bottles were dry and empty. The old lady who did my shellac mani. I told her not to cut my cuticles or not as much. What did she do….cut it and hurt me. I hated her work. It was sloppy. I told them I am not paying for sloppy work. She said well it looks okay…I am like not paying for okay work. I am going on vacation and I don’t want this on my nails. She over cut my nails. Just awful. I should have read the reviews. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job. She took her time.

When I left 5 of my fingers/cuticles were bleeding. A week later 1 of them is still bleeding on and off. I now have little scabs on my fingers from this. This could have led to an infection. Some of my nails were not filed straight, I had to file them at home. A couple of my nails were not covered all the way with nail polish, leaving the sides exposed of my nail. I wanted to get a pedicure also but after this experience I will not be returning. Also there is no alcohol available.

Critical: QualityI will not go back here. I made appointments and it was fine. I went in 2 days ago and I already have an ingrown toenail. The technician made 2 toes bleed and 2 of my fingernails bleed. My toe seriously hurts just to have shoes on. I really hope I did not get infected because it was bleeding. I am VERY disappointed. I will not go back here. I made appointments and it was fine. I went in 2 days ago and I already have an ingrown toenail. The technician made 2 toes bleed and 2 of my fingernails bleed. First time here & not a return-worthy experience. I was in the area for an appt and stopped here to have my polish changed. There’s 3 polish sections on the wall with various colors/options mixed in of both gel and regular polish. I selected a OPI regular nail polish and a was asked to sit at the 1st table. The lady that assigned my seat was pleasant & was seated beside me giving herself a manicure.
