Called Nails by the Falls in a pinch when my (former) usual place canceled 15 min before my appt. Sam scheduled me to come in within the hour, and Judy gave me one of the best gel manicures I’ve had. Pleasant, bright space, great location, and very friendly and accommodating staff. Also, bonus, it was less expensive than my old place! This just became my new “usual” place.

This place is amazing. I called in morning of and was able to get an appointment a couple hours later. They did a phenomenal job and made sure I was pleased with the outcome. The owner is so kind and thorough. I hadn’t been to this location prior to the renovation, but the updated space is beautiful, light, and clean. I will be coming here anytime I’m in town. Overall, terrific experience.

We were told we could have two nail techs at a certain time. One of our party was taken 30 minutes late, so it quickly became clear that we would be taken in shifts. One hour after the appointment time, the other member of the party still hadn’t been seen. Clearly, appointments and times mean nothing at this establishment. It’s a shame, because it’s a prime location.

I got my nails done and asked for black french tip gel and it literally looks like my nails were done by a child. I got them done maybe 24 hours ago and the Gel on my ring finger is already peeling off. There was an attempt to remove the acrylic that was previously on my nails that took an extremely long time for my nail tech to remove and she was extremely condescending about the state of my nail beds the whole time she was removing the acrylic. For example shaming the person that had put them on my nails as if it was not done at my request. They also do not provide the service of acrylic nails which I did not know before making my appointment or else I would have chosen elsewhere. My nails were even shaped so poorly that when I routinely scratched my ankle at an itch I drew blood because the edge of one of my nails was left so sharp. I was disappointed to have wasted so much of my time and money.
