Wanted old acrylic soaked off, did more grinding off than soaking. Asked for new thin layer of acrylic over my nails. All nails now different length, shape, and piled under nail. When I explained to lady what I wasn’t likening she said it was my nails. I asked her to stop and I went to owner,Susan, who said I was being to picky. I said I wanted what I was paying for. She said I owed $30. I asked for what. Nails are horrible and not finished, and not polished. I paid her, even though I shouldn’t. The owner was rude. This place should be shut down.

Very nice people but they are in a hurry to finish and cut corners. My daughter got gel for her fingernails and they filed her nails after putting the gel on didn’t clean the corners…very sloppy work!

Very unprofessional! This place does not care about keeping costumers as regulars. I’m so upset there’s just no where decent in fort smith to get a pedicure. This was supposed to be a special last pedicure before I give birth and it turned out awful. When I walked in The staff was laying around sleeping or on their phones… something told me “just leave” but I didn’t. My pedicure was done quick and sloppy. She just cut my nails without asking and then didn’t even file them neatly. My cuticles were only trimmed around my big toe and not my others. When I was done she told me to put my feet under the light, but never turned the light on for me and I had no idea how. Instead she just went and sat down on her phone. I ended up just leaving after about 10 mins and didn’t put my shoes on until an hour later but when I did they completely ruined my paint job because it was done so quick and sloppy without the first coat having any time to dry.
