I enjoyed going to this nail place. Everything was clean and the people were friendly. They did a great job. Highly recommend this nail salon. I’ve been to too many other salons in the Richmond area and they’re just not very good. The prices were very reasonable. Been here every month. Still a great experience. Even when they were very busy, they take their time and get you right.

It’s a really good salon!! I had just gotten acrylics a few weeks before, and decided to get them off because one had broken. I walked in and a lady sat me down and was nice and gentle, and asked me if I was okay quite often. I got comfortable really quickly, and the past salons I’ve been to haven’t been too good, so I had not had an experience like this. Great atmosphere, nice people, and relaxing, as well. 5 stars for sure!

I’ve been to this salon before and thought they did a really good job on my nails. Although when I arrived, The young lady in the front told me no one would have time to do my fill in since they closed at 7pm. However it was before 5:30 when I arrived. While waiting for an uber to take me to Day Nails Spa , I watched them take 2 ladies , one appointment , one not. They did not look like me at all so I chose not to come back to this establishment. A business should make you feel welcomed , make you feel comfortable. How could you predict you didn’t have time for me when I arrived in good enough time , especially for a fill in? Very dismissive and very unhelpful.

I cannot say enough nice things about Nails by Stormy and the wonderful extended family that has staffed it for many years. They provide friendly, efficient service at a fair price. I’ve gone there for over 10 years and highly recommend their mani/pedi services.

Extremely unprofessional. Being argumentative with customers is ridiculous. Being loud and rude. I will never be back, obviously after being in business for 20 plus years you still lack the common respect as an owner. I can only imagine how you treat employees behind closed doors. This is a direct message to the owner and if you have a issue I don’t care cause I do things my way as well. And you all have a poor example of colors all dark and drag. Pitiful. I am disgusted by you all. Especially your stank attitude. I will be spreading the word about your poor behavior. Owner has a issue with darker skinned people so beware!!!!
