Terrible customer service. They’ll tell you to come at a certain time for an appointment and will have you waiting for over an hour while sitting other customer in your face. Prices are never consistent. The colors that they have on display do no match the actual color of the nail polish. Just an overall terrible business. It’s 2022. No reason why businesses are still running like it’s 1980.

I enjoy going to Nails by Sally .The pedicures are always good .Sometimes I believe the nail polish is old and cracks after a day or so of wear .On more than one occasion this happened and I had to get a redo because of cracking and peeling within a day or so of getting nails done.
