Critical: QualityI have gone to Nails by Rose twice now, and both times I came away disappointed.The first time was a couple of years ago, I wanted acrylics done, and family/friends all suggested this location. I made an appointment a week in advance, and when I got there, it was hectic, and they couldn’t find my appointment. They switched people on me mid-way through putting on my acrylics, and they used the wrong colors for the acrylics.The second visit was last week. My usual salon closed down during Covid, so I looked around and saw Nails By Rose again. It has been several years, and looking down the reviews on Google, it looks like the salon has changed quite a bit, and people are pleased with the results. I went in for a pedicure.The people were nice enough, and the pedicure was mainly okay, but the manicurist who worked on my pedicure cut back my toenail back into the nail bed (which hurt when it happened and still hurts), so now I’m fighting off an ingrown toenail.
