Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady did not cover her mouth when she coughed even though she had a mask on out of respect she could’ve covered her mouth because the mask do not do anything. I’m now not feeling good. My nails are not the same shape or size. She did not finish my service she made the other guy finish it so she could go wax. She only had to put the finishing coat on. I paid 30$ and really should’ve paid 15$ bc these nails look like the nails I did in cosmetology school. I could’ve done better. I will not be going back. The lady did not cover her mouth when she coughed even though she had a mask on out of respect she could’ve covered her mouth because the mask do not do anything. I’m now not feeling good. RUDE staff. I was double charged and took my bank statement up there and was yelled at. So the manager and I walked over to the bank that they use. The bank told them yes they charged me twice and they still yelled at me while throwing money at me. Not to mention that I left on more than one occasion with my fingers bleeding from them drilling my cuticles. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

My daughter and I, plus my sister and her daughters love this place. Very friendly and accommodating. Their quality is superb and they offer the latest trends. Not everyone’s nails can handle all products and when something doesn’t work they come up with alternatives to help see what will work. I just love this family and their work.

went in and showed picture of coffin shaped nails and told her this is exactly what i want, when i realized she wasn’t doing coffin shape (BEFORE SHE HAD PUT THE POLISH ON) i asked if she could make them coffin shaped, to which she said it was too late. after the fact i asked if she could file them down because they really just looked horrible. even if i had wanted the square shape the nails were terrible. they were almost all crooked, i could see my real nail on my ring finger, and the acrylic was uneven across the top and i was told there was no way to get them fixed. went to the nail salon right down the road and they said it was an easy fix, all they had to do was file them down and recolor them.
