I LOVE this place! Be sure to ask for Amy! This woman is absolutely amazing! I have long natural nails that were damaged by other salons that do not know how to properly care for them. Amy really knows what she’s doing, she has now giving me two manicures and restored them back to a healthy state without me having to cut them down. I absolutely love her! Amy does exactly what you ask her to do and she really knows her stuff. I’m going to add a photo of the day I got my last manicure and a photo of them today this manicure is 18 days old and still looks practically flawless.

Nails: I had regular polish done. Nice job done, no chipping after several days. Lady who did my nails was not friendly but everyone else in the salon was.Eyebrows: the wax was a little too hot, it made a small burn mark, I had to use a special cream for several days to make sure it does not leave a scar.

Love this salon! The staff are always friendly and the space is so much bigger than other salons I’ve been to in the area. They always do a great job and I always leave feeling like I’ve had the chance to relax. Love that they offer Dazzle Dry, I feel like it lasts so much longer than other manicures and it’s not as rough on my nails as gel manicures. Def recommend!

I had a decent first experience here a while back, and decided to go for the second time this summer but I will most likely not come back. I made an appointment online, they were very busy and I was very patient with the wait. But when it came to my dip manicure, it was VERY rushed. I left with my cuticles and sides of the nails bleeding for days, the shape on them too looked more like circles than a rounded out nail, and they proceeded to hurt for a few days after. This was a few months ago but wanted to share my experience.

Pamper yourself with a visit to Nails by Porter, an exceptional and woman-owned nail salon on Upland, few doors from mass ave. Amy is awesome – takes good care of me with the attention to detail needed for beautiful, super neat and sophisticated polish that lasts. Treat yourself to the spa pedicure, terrific. The massage chairs work, so you get a massage during pedi and you can even have a true massage while drying. Happy to have found my new spa following move to area a couple months ago. I write this review after several visits, service and performance is consistent. Enjoy.

Scam alert. I just paid $27 for clear nail polish. No gel. No gel removal. And they didn’t take off the red polish underneath, so that’s still there showing through. This wasn’t a spa manicure. They upcharged me $10 for clear nail polish and didn’t tell me. They didn’t even offer a towel to dry my hands with. Just an automatic air dryer. Don’t come here. Seriously.
