Pao did an AMAZING job on my nails!!! Her salon is absolutely chic and classy as well as relaxing and calm. Her customer service is exceptional. I received a pedicure and had acrylic nails done and I am beyond impressed. I truly do not think I can ever go into another nail salon. If you want a “pamper yourself experience” this is the nail salon to treat yourself with.

I do NOT recommend this nail salon. I requested to have an experienced manicurist to do a gel manicure for a wedding that I was in. The gel application was poorly done and started peeling off the day after as I was washing my hands. I was in a wedding the following day, and had to go to another nail salon the morning of the wedding, missing important events. I notified Pao about the issue and she did not offer any sort of re-do or compensation. The reviews are not accurate with the services that I have received. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

Pao is incredibly sweet and takes the time to get to know you and what you want out of your appointment. I chose to get plain almond-shaped acrylics and she did a fantastic job. She takes her time to make sure all your nails are perfect and even, and takes pride in her work. You know you’re getting her best effort. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and she has a customer for life.
