While out and about, hubby asked me if I wanted a pedicure. Of course, I said YES! We called a couple of different spots to see how long the wait was for two pedicures. The places we called said 45min, 1hour, 2 hours, etc. Hubby called Nails by Olivia in Marina del Rey, and they said no, wait! Whoo-hoo!

Service was horrible. They are expensive and do poor work for the amount they charge. Don’t waste your money or time. Came in for full set and pedicure. Left with a pedicure only because they forgot about it and once they said something I was over it. Didn’t tip due to poor service and the lady had the nerve to ask for a tip. Never again

Good place but way more expensive than the neighboring nail salon. The decor is meh, lighting meh, clean though, very friendly staff. This place is more spacious than the competetor too. The price was $80 plus tip for Gel Manicure, Express Pedicure and Callus remover. I think the competitor in the neighborhood is $65 plus tip. LA is always expensive for this though. In NYC where I was born and raised you would never have to spend $100 all in for these three services.

It may not be your glitz and glam nail salon, but my experience has been solid with this place. Your experience will largely depend on which technician you get with any salon, but I’ve been getting an all-around solid mani and pedi (no bleeding, no sloppy paint jobs, etc.).

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI always go here because it’s clean, spacious even when busy, and they consistently give excellent service. It’s in a nice shopping plaza in the marina so I feel very safe. No ghetto rock-bottom nail shops for me anymore says the hubby. Nancy, Grace, and Sky are great. More upscale and nicer than other shops in LA but still affordable. Nice touches like hot stone massage and leg wraps. Plenty of parking. Great place. It’s on the higher-end with regard to cost, but I find their value to be adequate as my polish has lasted and the comfortability and service were also appropriate. They offer up-sales but are not pushy about them. I think this is the place that I will keep coming to for mani-pedis
