Probably the best pedicure experience I’ve had. They took their time, we’re very attentive, and was overall the best service a nail salon could give you. No overwhelming smells either which many can have! Definitely will be a returning customer!! Pedicure

I am visiting my family in Illinois. My daughter reccomended Nails by Nini. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted by a man. The first thing he said to me was “No dogs allowed in here!”. I replied my service dog by law is allowed to accompany me into any establishment in the USA. I tried to give him a card with the law protecting my rights under the American disability Act. He would not take it. I then tried to show him the two service dog ID’s I carry with me. He refused to look at them. He said I was being rude and told me to leave which I did. He stated he did not want my dog running around the shop, my dog was on a leash. I called the police to make an incident report. I intend to file a formal complaint with AMD. Just because you are disabled doesn’t mean you have limited or no rights. I have been discrininated previous to this incident. But I still stand up for my rights. The male receptionist at Nails by Nini violated my rights and discriminated against me because of my need for a trained medical service dog. IWOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE WITH A MEDICAL SERVICE DOG OR DISABILITY. NAILS BY NINI IS CLEARLY NOT ACCEPTING OF AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY NEEDS! MY RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED AND I FILED A POLICE REPORT TO DOCUMENT THE ISSUE.

Communal gel powder pot ( unhygienic) And mostly it was the fascist news that was playing made me extremely uncomfortable. Plus not a good job with the polish. At least She did not hurt me Manicure

The ppl are friendly and they did my nails like I asked. They explained what I didn’t know and were very helpful and professional. Got a pedicure and shellac manicure and they had 2 ppl work on me so I got outta there quickly. Very satisfied. Make an appt!
