I’m relatively new to getting my nails done so I’ve only ever been to three nail places – this one stands above the rest! Needed a new set for Christmas / New Years and got the cutest set. The tech I had was awesome, seemed to intuitively know what I wanted before I could even ask, and I got a Christmas gift! How absolutely sweet of them! This was my first visit but definitely not my last. My services were exactly what I desired. Next time I hope to get more of a manicure added vs.just a gel polish. I used to frequent this nail salon until one day… I arrived and had a 15 minute wait… The younger girl that is the sister of the owners wife decided she was finished with her nap and came over to me to get started on my nails. I asked her if she would wash her hands. She got an attitude, spoke in their language to her sister and left the nail salon. Her older sister which does my nails sometimes took over once she was done with her client. For that bad experience, I’ve never gone back. There are way too many nail salons to have to put up with that poor level of service. I decided to take a break from getting my nails done and have been doing them myself ever since. Saves me hundreds of dollars.

Nails By Nicole is a really nice place to go for a manicure and pedicure. The atmosphere is so pleasant and quite making it more comfortable and relaxing. You won’t have to walk in looking for a particular nail tech because all of them perform a good job. They take pride in doing their job well!

Went on a Saturday afternoon… the wait wasn’t long and not overly crowded. I received a regular pedicure and a basic manicure with clear polish. Both were done well by an older lady. They do not serve any beverages. Prices were average. I would definitely go back. You get 5% off service if paying with cash. Although, the man at the register rounded up instead of down. My total was $57 and $55 with discount.
