Critical: ProfessionalismI booked an appointment at 09/07/2021 for an appointment at 12:00 on 10/01/21 for a gel and pedi. Miyako called me and told me I would not be able to receive a pedi. (That’s fine) Miyako asked to reschedule to 12:30pm, then again messaged to reschedule at 13:00. I told her this was unacceptable bc I’ve made this appointment literally a month prior. I asked for compensation or a discount if she needed help, I should get helped out as well. Miyako refused to give a discount. She also called at a later time in the evening that makes it even more unprofessional. I will demand a charge back if you charge for a cancellation fee for your own lack of planning.
