I went in for a solid color full set of acrylics, but ended up choosing a design after Mimi said she could do one that I showed her. It had wavy blobs on 2 nails. After 10 min of trying to do the design, they looked like straight lines. I felt that she was getting more and more frustrated with the design and she asked if the lines were okay. When I said no, sorry, and asked for them to be more wavy, she blamed my hands and said they weren’t flexible enough. She kept trying to fix them by adding more polish on top, and when I asked to just ditch the design and do a solid color like I originally wanted, she blamed me for wasting her time and painted my nails super poorly. They are uneven and look as if they’ve been grown out for a week – this photo is from the same day. I was charged a lot and felt legitimately disliked by Mimi when I walked out the door 🙁

I love this nail shop so much. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and they’ve always treated me with kindness. They’re very hospitable and sweet. The price you pay for their services is worth the quality of the service and the ambiance they provide☺️

My first impression was definitely kindness from the staff. The nail shop had good energy all around. I had queenie for a pedicure and had the best experience. This will probably be my new nail shop. Staff here really cares about their clients and it shows! My first impression was definitely kindness from the staff. The nail shop had good energy all around. I had queenie for a pedicure and had the best experience. This will probably be my new nail shop. Staff here really cares about their clients and it shows! I’m so happy I found this place 🙂

This was the first visit to this Salon. I had been disappointed by the declining service at my regular place, and was looking for a fresh start. I search the reviews and Mimi had a 5. Good start. I called and spoke w/them on the phone and they took the time to discuss my questions; mostly around hygiene and safety processes. Passed with flying colors. They fit me in the same day and had the Deluxe pedicure and a dip manicure services. These ladies did an exceptional job. I never felt rushed, but they didn’t move at a snails pace either. Prices are competitive, the products are quality, and the customer service exceptional. Except for my nails growing, you couldn’t tell it’s been a week since getting them done. They’ve made a great first impression and I hope they’ll be my “forever salon”.

Completely impressed with staff and owner Mimi is amazing and loved all the girls. We went there by chance as my best friend was leaving for vacation and it was late. They stayed way past close and completely took care of her. They also did my daughter nails that night to. Went back today for myself and my boss and we were totally pampered again they spent time with just and attention to every detail my oldest daughter also got her nails done. The pedicures were so relaxing and my feet are so extremely soft now. I can’t give enough stars. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I’m by no means a “regular”, and yet each time I go I’m greeted like family, and made to feel welcome. Hilary is the only one who has done my pedicure, yet everyone seems to recognize and remember me. Hilary is a joy to visit with, but is extremely talented and caring as well. Can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My technician Marry was very kind and professional. I can honestly say I had the best pedicure and no chip fill in at Mimi’s than I have ever had. HUGE selection of colors. I’m a freak about having my toes and nails match-no problem-they had a huge basket of colors to choose from.
