Had a great experience coming here for the first time! Michelle has morning appointments if you want to get nails done before work. She asked me for colors before the appointment and had colors ready for me to try and pick before I got there. It was nice being able to try the colors instead of rushing to pick from a sample palette on the day. The place is nice and cosy and only works on 1-2 customers at a time so it feels private – I liked it a lot! Michelle was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Needless to say, she also has great skills and made my nails look even nicer than I expected 🙂 Highly recommend!!

Michelle is a pro. I texted her the color and length I wanted beforehand, and on the day of my appointment she had a few swatches for me to pick from. She is skilled, efficient, and a delight to talk to. Her prices are very fair, and her studio is clean and comfortable. I’m spoiled with her and can’t imagine going to anyone else. My nails look amazing! I went on November 12 and not one nail has lifted or came off! She did this technique called the silk technique and at first I was hesitant but definitely get it done! The nail is so sturdy! If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular customer

Cutest little gem in downtown Palo Alto. Michelle and her staff were so patient (as I took forever to pick a color). They got to know me without being too nosey. I left feeling pampered and like I met some new friends. Picture posted is a week old and nail still pretty as when I left!
