First time: I came with my bf bc he said they had good reviews. Opened the door with only one person working with a customer on nails. I asked specifically “how long will it take?” I didn’t get a clear answer but she said we can do pedi for the guy and then my nails. The mom set up the pedi for the bf and put acetone soaked in cotton/wrapped in foil around my nails. I waited 45 mins while my bf got a pedi. While I was waiting for the younger lady to finish with the customer, another customer came in, and the young lady took that customer before me. I was still waiting and my bf finished his pedi. I was irate already at that point waiting so long to get nails done bc I never had acetone on my nails for that long. I complained and said to the mom I will just go if you can take off the fóil and cotton. After it was taken off, the mom proceeded to remove the shellac polish and her nails would dig into the side of my nail skin. I said “it hurt twice” my bf used the translator and it translated what she was saying in Vietnamese “she’s a crybaby.” I paid for my bf’s pedi plus $10 to remove my shellac. I was not happy.

I’ve been to Michelle now about 4 times and I will keep going back because she does an amazing job every time. She has done fills for me, taking off an old set and putting on a new one, and color changes and she is extremely meticulous and takes her time. I never feel rushed and I love that she is by appointment so I’m not waiting around. I get there for my appointment and I have never had to wait. Her mom has done my pedicures and she does an amazing job. My daughter also gets her eyebrows waxed there and again, amazing job. Michelle and her mom are both professional, they do great work and the pricing is reasonable. They are also very nice and friendly. I’m happy to finally have found a salon in this area that I will be a regular customer at. Thank you Michelle!

Love Love Love! My favorite nail artist made her only salon! This is the only place I trust to give me the best quality at a great price too! Hands down the best salon in San Antonio and surrounding areas. It’s just Michelle and her mom so as long as you are patient for quality work you will be satisfied. Michelle treats all of her clients like royalty. Definitely a MUST go.

Critical: PunctualityI had a 10am appointment and when I arrived the person doing a Pedicure said “Do you have an appointment” I said, yes 10am. She didn’t say anything else so I waited for someone to come assist me or tell me the owner was running late. In the meantime another person walks in and the Pedicure person greeted this person totally different by telling her that her daughter is running late and is on her way.
