I tried so hard to become a regular client. On top of Merissa never finishing on time- On average acrylic nails last 10-21 days. (Most nail techs guarantee their work for 10 atleast) My nails constantly came unattached within 2-3 days of getting them and Merissa blamed the customer rather than her products or technique. I always had to file my nails down after leaving, as they were rough to the touch. I have since gone to a new tech and my nails last the normal expected time frame. It’s not all about snazzy art if it doesn’t last. She also insisted to constantly fill the acrylic rather than apply a new set- no matter how much I insisted. All around crummy experience. 🙁
