I made an appointment at 5pm, I arrived at 4:50pm & I had to wait until 5:15pm to be serviced but later they mentioned some staff were on vacation and they were short staffed. Overall the service was great, my nails and toes were done very well, they take their time and do a great job. Only complaint is that im 8months pregnant and it was a little uncomfortable to put my feet up on the pedicure cart as my chair kept rolling back and so did the pedicure cart. Prices were very good and staff did not try to pressure me or up-sell me into any extras.

She never rushes her clients and continues to ask every step of the way how you feel and if you like how your nails are turning out. There pedicures are not with the fancy massage chairs but I personally don’t care I care for quality and how long my nails will last and price which they charge a very reasonable rate for any service. The shop is extremely clean and if anyone who is not with a client they are constantly cleaning to make sure it’s Covid safe. I love this place, Lynn is so detailed and takes her time doing your nails. She never rushes her clients and continues to ask every step of the way how you feel and if you like how your nails are turning out. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years! Lynn does the most perfect pink & white set you’ll ever get! Lately, I’ve switched over to a gel polish and she also does an amazing job on these too! She truly pays attention to detail and never accidently hurts me with the electric file (like most nail shops do)! I moved out of the area to Sherman Oaks and have tried maybe ten nail shops there. I missed Lynn and her perfectionism! She’s worth the drive. Plus she, and every lady here, is so sweet! Great customer service, comfy chairs, nice air conditioning, and beautiful nails every time.

Great staff. Owner Lynn no. 1 takes great care of me. I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I enjoy having Anna, Lynn no. 2, Holly, Nancy and Ann help with pedicure. I always have a design on my big toes. Rated 10 out of 10.

By far, the very best full sets for acrylics in Los Angeles… I have been coming to Nails By Lynn for about twenty years every two weeks and am so very happy with them… AMAZING pedicures too… Everyone here is phenomenal.
