Im new to plant city and had a nail salon in Tampa that I used to frequent so I was nervous about having to find a new nail place. I looked up nail places near me and found Lulu’s had really awesome reviews. Folks… they did not disappoint! I got lucky and was able to get an early appointment with Lulu herself (although don’t count on luck because they’re a busy place!) and she was very sweet and welcoming. I felt like I had been a long time customer already. The atmosphere was great, the establishment is very clean and I felt right at home. I sent Lulu a picture the day prior of what I was looking for and she made it happen. I will definitely be back for future visits and I’m really glad I found my new nail spot in my new city!

I just left this shop getting my nails done for the first time in almost 10 years. Lena, my mani/pedi tech, was quiet but worked efficiently to get my services done quickly. The shop is well maintained and clean; Lena sanitized her work area between clients. As you can tell, I love my nails and am extremely happy with the services received. I definitely would recommend this business and will be back!

I went to Katherine at Nails by Lulu after a disappointing experience at another local shop and will NEVER go anywhere else. Great customer service, prices and the work is incredible. My nails have never looked better! 10/10 would recommend.

However, LENA has a forever client in me. I have been coming to Lena now for about 6 months or so. She always does an amazing job, she educates me on nail care so that I can keep my nails and toenails in good shape and we chat like we’re old friends the whole time. I changed things up on her today last minute and she took it in stride and still got me out in time for my next appointment.The shop is very cute, always clean and the tools are sterilized. However, LENA has a forever client in me. I have been coming to Lena now for about 6 months or so.
