Loved this place! They went above and beyond welcoming us with cookies and water. They provided us with a safe, friendly place to relax and be pampered. Their prices are very reasonable and straight forward. I wish I lived in this area as I would have loved to come here regularly.

I love all the ladies but was very disappointed this time. Took over an hour and a half for really poor results. Two toned nail polish, no massage, bleeding cuticles, and she had to bring out extra tools to get all the nail polish off my cuticles. It seemed she was more worried about getting nail polish on her manicure then giving one. Super disappointed for the most expensive place in Pacifica. When I mentioned my complaints as I was paying, I got “sorry”. I won’t be going back.

I have gone here for over 10 years and I will never come back after today. I asked to have my toenails painted, and the owner of the shop, Lisa, who was doing my nails refused to do them. Saying that she had already buffed them and that she liked how they looked.
