This is my 2nd time losing a nail 2 days after getting my nails done here. I gave them a try and I had several issues including having to remind the guy doing ny pedicure of missed steps in my pedicure. For $145 plus tips for a fill, spa pedicure and eyebrows, I expect better service. I wanted to like them but I can not recommend.

Critical: Quality, ValueThey were very nice at the beginning of my services , but they never told me what I was going to pay for both a gel full set and gel pedicure… I just got these nails done on 7/19 and it’s not even a week later and I’m missing 3 nails !!!!! 130$ with 20$ tip!!!!! They were very nice at the beginning of my services , but they never told me what I was going to pay for both a gel full set and gel pedicure… I just got these nails done on 7/19 and it’s not even a week later and I’m missing 3 nails !!!!! 130$ with 20$ tip!!!!! I’m a visitor from out of town and needed a mani/pedi before a wedding. Nails by Lisa was the BEST place I have ever been for nails. The staff was so friendly and fun! They did a great job and my feet feel great!

This was my first time getting my nails done in a while and couldn’t find a place to go so I tried here! Wish I read the reviews first. Overpriced! I just paid $100 for a regular pedicure, eyebrows and a regular set of nails. I chose a color and was told I had to get a dip. I have no idea what that even is! Was told this is how they are doing things! I just wanted acrylic over my real nails and for them to be polished. Everyone was friendly and nice but it would be nice to abide by the prices they have set. Also would have been nice to tell me ahead of time I had to use 2 different colors or a dip that way I could have declined getting my nails done at all! Since they don’t do regular sets apparently I could have just got my pedi and eyebrows and been out the door. I will say again everyone was friendly and very courteous!

I made an appointment for 4 pedicures and had to wait. They started my nails and finished them all within a time span of 5 minutes, literally not exaggerating, before anyone else in my party even had someone tend to them. They had different people swapping throughout my entire parties pedicures, leaving anyone confused whom to tip. They wiped the lotion off after not rubbing anything with a cold wet towel and started laughing that it was cold. I took my daughter here, and it was a HUGE HUGE MISTAKE!!!! The person doing my daughters nails was not wearing gloves, went to do someone’s feet and then came back to do my daughters nails.
