So very disappointing!!!! I called to schedule an appointment and was told to come in 50 mins to an hour. I was on my way and got a call from the nail tech to make sure I was coming still. I advised her I was in route and would be there in 5 mins. I arrive only to be told the last appointment is at 5:30 and it was 5:35 so they would not allow me to get nails done until Monday! No one apologized and the woman I spoke to had apparently left right after confirming I was on my way. VERY unprofessional!!!!

I’d have a small idea of what I wanted them to look like (and I got xxl nails all the time.) She never complained about my lack of an idea or length. She’d take off with creativity on the one input I’d give and I’d leave happy every time. I used to get my nails done by “Titi” and she ALWAYS slayed my nails. I’d have a small idea of what I wanted them to look like (and I got xxl nails all the time.) I was so upset, I broke down and cried after being berated at this other nail salon and all the girls here were so so sweet, loving and supportive They were speaking Spanish (and I know Spanish but they didn’t know that) and my sweet nail tech was asking how to console me. Nails visually GORGEOUS! Absolutely gorgeous! But From my eyes the acrylic and the the details close up were so lumpy and thin in areas and thick in others. I lost 4 nails in 1 and a half weeks doing simple things like changing a diaper, grabbing something out the fridge, and picking up things out of my closet. I mean they just simply and effortlessly snapped right off which is very disappointing for me because the nails had the exact shape I loved. You will indeed get beautiful nails , but that’s only good when it comes with quality.
