Everything was dirty from the floors to the tables to the soaking dish to put your hands in. Very surprised because I have never been in a nail shop that was dirty. The manicurist stood up to do my manicure and was very rough. My manicure was only $15.00, but I would rather pay more for a clean shop. Can’t imagine what the pedicure bowls looked like.

Normally I get good service,today tho I had told my tech of my toe issue….she dug at that making it bleed like crazy…just kept wiping it. Then continues to use tools on it and even a couple files then putting the files back in the drawer!!! I mentioned that maybe those should be thrown away,she responded with no. Then when we got to my hands she became rough,would not listen to me and to be honest they don’t look that great at all….I’m done with this place. Gonna find a new place…..not as sanitary as you think!

Made a appointment because it was my daughters birthday and she wanted to get our nails done together. She got a mani/pedi and I was getting a full set. Appointment at 2 and her party at 4. They got her back but then I waited for 45mins before they could get me. I couldn’t get mine done because I wasn’t going to have her late for her birthday for my nails. She was disappointed not having the sales nails but at least she got hers. So appointments are useless to make if your wanting a mommy daughter experience don’t count on it.
