The lady was very sweet however, the work was horrible. I got a fill and it was the worst I have ever received. Nails not filed properly and uneven also paint, glue and fill product and glue all over my fingers. Will never go back. Sorry Acrylic nails

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m surprised they have decent ratings. I came in for a full set and pedicure. Both ladies were nice, but did a very sloppy “unfinished” job. Paint left on my toes and my toe nails were cut uneven, acrylic residue and nail polish left all over my fingers. I asked for a coffin shape on my nails- which I did not receive and the technician didn’t even sand my nails properly after applying VERY thick coats of acrylic- then applied thick coats of nail polish. When I informed the owner- there was no way I was going to pay full price for an unprofessional , sloppy service- she became very defensive (I’ll be reporting her to the BBB). Not to mention the pedicure tubs overflowed twice with water on two other customers. Just another testament to their unprofessionalism- not paying attention to customers. They offered to re-do my services, and my toes came out decent- but after the second time around (what a waste of my time). I refused to let the tech touch my nails again. Would not recommend at all!

Amazing spot for manicures and pedicures. The owner is extremely nice and there was a large choice of polishes. This place is budget friendly and they do a great job. I really liked the foot scrub, it left my feet so soft. Try the upgraded nail art, you won’t regret it! Highly recommended.

I think your experience will really depend on the person doing your nails, couple weeks ago I had a gel mani/pedi done with the mani was not being so bad, it just didn’t last more than a week and the lady was very sweet. As for the pedi, It would’ve looked much better if I had it done myself, my toe was cut unevenly forming a weird arch and being super short on one side (even 2 weeks after), cuticles not properly cleaned, the gel was not flat when dried, and the lady was really rough while this is supposed to be a relaxing experience. The pricing is slightly below average but obviously the quality is compromised. At the end, those are nails and they grow back fairly quickly, but the overall experience wasn’t great here. Not coming back.

I just love this nail shop. I came in with a terrible nail job done by another company and Nails by Kim made my nails look perfect. I would definitely recommend them, their price is a great, friendly atmosphere. They are just amazing I cannot be more happy than I am today. Thank you Nails by Kim. I will be coming all the way from Lancaster just to get my nails done by them.
