10/10 from me. They are extremely well organized without being too strict on their appointments. Very nice staff. Mimi is unmatched she has a such a youthful take but still super classy lady. I’m glad I found them. Highly recommend.I get dip nails and the deluxe pedicure both services are amazing value.

One of most unprofessional place I’ve ever been in my life. Believe every negative remark in this site. I experienced them all in one evening with MiNi and Kim. Go to NT Nails right on 256. After the Saturday evening I experienced with MiMi and Kim and their lies, I had to go to another shop to start all over. Everyone at NT nails are the most professional nail techs. Everyone in this shop can do nails and pedicures. They bought what use to be ViVi nails, Pickerington location. All of my nails are the same shape and my nail tech took her time. The gentleman at the greeting counter was very pleasant as well. Please don’t waste your time going to Nails by Kim. Btw, @ NT Nails, they speak ENGLISH to you and they’re co-workers to make you feel comfortable.

This is a real review! I have consistently come back to this salon because I always have the best experience with everyone that works there. They are all helpful and have so many options for me to choose from. I specifically go to Mimi, because I do strictly dip powder now and she is amazing. I have gone to her so much now that I let her pick the colors and designs because she knows my taste. She’s always friendly, professional, and I have not had one visit I haven’t completely enjoyed. The prices are fair, and I pretty much go every two weeks for dip nails and 4 weeks for pedis. They always try to there best every visit! Thank you all again for your work!

Found Nails by Kim in Pickering, OH, was there for a wedding. The nail stylist was terrific. She understood exactly what I was going for, classic nails with just a hint of funky. In other words… she nailed it!!

Went on my daughter birthday 10 days ago. My daughter nails were uneven and two were chunky underneath like the tec didn’t hit it with the drill correctly. How she continued to design my baby’s nails (all of them) and not correct her mistakes is beyond me. Not to metion three popped off like press ons The tec that did my nails did horrible with the shapping, I had to tell him several times the color and length, to still be unsatisfied. in the end i was overcharged and then told to provide a tip lol. Never again and can only get nails and feet done smh. No eyebrow waxing tintin etc. Sticking to my normal shop ‘Nail Talk’ I get me and my girls nails with designs, all our eyebrows and wax for under 200. And the set last me 3-4 weeks before it’s noticeable that I need a balance. They are thw truth. Highly recommend not going here and going to my usual!
