We called more than a week in advance to schedule manicures and pedicures for our special girls day with my mom, daughter and niece. We walked in on time for our appointments and were told they didn’t have them written down. I even showed my call log proving the day I called and made them. No accommodations were made to reschedule or get us in later. Very disappointing. We called Angel Nails just the next plaza over and they were more than happy to accommodate us later that afternoon. They did a great job and were clean, too.

Honestly I don’t know why I keep coming back here other than out of convenience. They just don’t do a good job. I’ve had 3 gel manicures so far and every time the paint job has been subpar. They had 2 people trying to force me to pick out my polish color as quickly as possible this last time and it made me very uncomfortable. I get that this is the least worst place in town but I would definitely take the time to drive into Austin. $30 for a color change is just not okay.

Owner/Management and staff are always kind and helpful. Serena has been doing my nails for a few years now and they always look great. Easy to make/change appointments, and they really do their best to give you what you want every time. I am physically disabled and they have been accommodating every time.

First of all there was the CUTEST puppy making his rounds, his name is Chocolate. The whole place has a wonderful atmosphere, I’m a very social person and no one seemed annoyed by me talking to them as people usually do. The lady reccomend the milk and honey pedicure and I think it was a wonderful option, I left feeling fresh and relaxed. Great prices, and my toes are sooooo cute! I’ll be back for sure.

Super clean. Tons of colors to choose from. Friendly and professional. They always do an immaculate job. Best nail salon in the area. Both Steven and Serena do a perfect, immaculate job. Kevin does a beautiful pedicure. They go above and beyond as far as COVID precautions. I’ve been to about every salon in the area and I won’t go anywhere else.

I was so disappointed! I was in Marble Falls and had some down time. I went into Nails by Kelly on 281 for a gel manicure. My manicure did not last 24 hours, it was chipped the next morning and I did nothing out of the ordinary. Before 24 hours were past two of my nails had completely peeled off. I had to return to my home town and pay more money to have them redone. When you pay $35.00 + tip, you expect better service. I will be contacting them on their next business day.

Attentive service, quick to seat us at pedi stations. Sanitized tool kits, plastic covers on foot basins with magnetic “jets”. Deluxe pedi was good value. My tech was a bit careless and filed meat off my toes so that the acetone stung. Otherwise, other techs did fantastic jobs with my daughters.
