Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI love having my nails done here! Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family. I always have fun laughing and joking the with employees. I have had my nails done by 4 different people and they ALWAYS look great and last a long time. It’s the first place I’ve went that I haven’t been hurt or dreaded the process of removing the old gel. I would totally recommend giving them a try! I love having my nails done here! Everyone is so nice and they treat you like family. I always have fun laughing and joking the with employees. I have had my nails done by 4 different people and they ALWAYS look great and last a long time. It’s the first place I’ve went that I haven’t been hurt or dreaded the process of removing the old gel. Wow! This was my first time ever getting my nails done and Nails by Karen certainly did not disappoint!! The salon was extremely clean and the staff was so kind! I had Anthony style my nails and he did such an amazing job! He was so kind and, since it was my first time doing this, he even helped me to decide what I wanted. I had the worst experience in this salon today. The coating has blurred on the nails. When sharpening a nail, she cut my skin from where the blood came from and she began to fidgetily treat it with a product and it turned out to be glue. This fool just pasted over my skin. Instead of an apology, I received a $ 52 bill. I paid and left instead of asking to redo everything because I was on edge. Hopefully this will be a reason not to use their service. No respect for the client, plus constant discussion of clients in their dialect.

What a great salon! My friend booked mani-pedi appointments for us. I had never been here before. Such a nice atmosphere, staff is very friendly and good. Very pleased with my results. Hanna was great! I will be back!

My new go to! I wish I had gotten the name of the first gentleman, he was wonderful. I had Hannah the next time and was disappointed to hear she was booked when I went back there this week. This time I had Kenny,he was friendly ,funny, and took his time. All have been wonderful. It’s a drive for me, but so worth it!

My nails broke within a week, but I did love the shape and length. I asked for a specific design, but was told it would look better on longer nails. The design I showed was a marble with no black polish, but they put the black in which ruined the design. Two weeks later I went to a different salon with 2 nails missing and a cracked thumb. They were shocked at the job performed and the price I told them I paid. I’m leaving another salon with exactly what I asked for at almost half the price.

Making an appointment is important if you are looking to get in and out. Nikki is out of this world when it comes to nails. I don’t mind waiting a month for her if I have too. She’s personable, professional, and does an amazing job. The salon is clean and updated, definitely gives you that upscale feel.
