The conversation is great, the skill is great, the quality of the service is outstanding…. Two different nails by Jordan in Mankato, called to see which one we were calling because me snd my friend were not sure. Got told it was the one we did not want. So I said thank you and bye. Called the next one not knowing it was the same place, man YELLED at us over the phone we can’t call the same number and ask the same question like we knew it was the same number when safari showed 2 different results. He then continued to yell at me when I tried explaining what had happened and being very rude about calling the same place twice not knowing. Did not think that’s the way a worker should act.

Unacceptable Service!! We had a group of 6 come in for pedicures for a wedding, needless to say only 4 of the 6 had pedicures. 2 of them opted out after having their feet soaked for over an hour and watching “3” walk ins have their pedicures started before our group was completed.

I went in to this nail salon to get my nails on and they did a good job. When I went back to get my acrylic nails off they filed and drilled them down. When I was done my nail was hurting and I realized that my actual nail was split in half.
