I was looking for a nail salon to do my nails for a my birthday party and found Jenny! When I called, she was busy with someone else, so I called back when she was free. She is the best because she is so patient and kind to her clients. I looked on the business hours and it tells you the exact times she is opened or closed! Keeping this in mind, I would NEVER call during closing! Also, I would NEVER call very early in the morning when she just opened! She does NOT say “no” in a rude tone or hang up on you first. She says, “no, sorry!” After, she waits till you as a client responds to see if you would be willing to call at a later time when she is available. If you hang up really quick when you hear the word, “no” without “sorry” following that, then you are missing the opportunity yourself to get an astonishing nail technician. I was a new client, but now a regular there! My nails are amazing and just how I wanted them to look like!
