i went here and i got a pedicure and was extremely dissatisfied. The man who did my nails didn’t even push my cuticles back correctly, nor clean underneath the nails. it seems that he pretended to do it all. it was rushed and didn’t properly scrub my feet.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismHorrible! The guy didn’t use clean utensils. He pulled them straight out of a drawer underneath tip money. He sawed one side of each nail off so they are angled completely to the right. They were suppose to be coffin shaped. He tried to fix it will clear coat. My nails are not smooth, they are bumpy. I now have a massive hang mail on my left thumb. I tipped him because I’m a decent human but I’ve never had such terrible service. I would like them fixed but I don’t trust the man who did my nails. The only tech was rushing through the whole manicure. I was the only one in the shop…. When I left I sat for 10 mins in my car filing down the jagged edges of my nails. Everyone of them were jagged and rippled. They would have snagged on any fabric or scratched someone they were so sharp. 5 out of 10 of my nails were missing gel completely from the sides of my fingers. One is missing gel completely on the side to the middle of my finger. Makes sense the tech was rushing, after all, she ran out as soon as I paid her and jumped into a car with a man. So sorry I prevented you from going somewhere. Side note, I should have checked my nails before tipping her over 35%. I will never return.

I am so disappointed in the service. In the past Ive had waxing done. After the waxing of my underarms the lady tapped the tweezers against my skin like I didn’t notice she didn’t get what was left behind. TWICE. I decided I wouldn’t go back until my friend gave me a gift certificate. I went to use it to get my nails done for a wedding. I always do my own nails and I take pride in them. I expected my cuticles and the surrounding finger to get maintaining as well as a massage (what I thought was standard in nail service) instead I was told it would be $15 to have my CUTICLES cut back. And wasn’t even offered the massage I inquired about. Im assuming that BC im a young woman and don’t appear to have money i was treated poorly. Having a pretty salon is no match for good customer service. Not to mention I was charged an extra $8 for the nails being “long”. They are no longer than my natural nails grow to be. Disappointed is only touching how I feel.
