Had multiple appointments with multiple ladies here in which I haven’t been disappointed by my stylist. Specifically GIA @giaxaig considering the fact she ALWAYS have me in and out while leaving me feeling BEAUTIFUL afterwards (keep in mind she’s SO kind) along with other appointments previously booked with the stylist @2layyhair, @_hairaffair, @taejaa_ for my lashes and lastly the MUA @madalinenicole1! I’m extremely concerned as to why there’s so many exaggerated reviews regarding the shops un-professionalism. I was greeted more than once by the customer service representative in which she directed me to sign the log-in sheet while keeping me up to date with my stylists. I’ve been serviced at this shop more than once and each time had me leaving the shop more than satisfied!

Hairbyvelvet (Daysha) is her name refunded my $20 because she knew that she wasn’t going to make it, and should have had the common courtesy to just cancel, instead we were left sitting in the parking lot waiting on her.. So much for screwing up someone else’s plans. I will never come back to this hair salon and definitely will let everyone know about this very bad experience and unprofessionalism! I should have read the poor reviews prior to booking. This hairstylist wasted two days of my time and my daughters by rescheduling the hair appointment twice and then running 2 hours late the day of the appointment. Hairbyvelvet (Daysha) is her name refunded my $20 because she knew that she wasn’t going to make it, and should have had the common courtesy to just cancel, instead we were left sitting in the parking lot waiting on her..
