I went in for dip with tips and a pedicure before going out of town. Not even a week later (4 days later actually) a nail on my non dominant hand snapped off, causing significant bleeding for almost half an hour and pain for days. The color overall is speckled (totally possible that it’s the powder I picked and I didn’t notice on the sample nail), and many other nails (at least 4) are cracking and about to break.

12-20-22 – It was a unbelievably awful experience, even after the bad reviews we still gave it a try , very unprofessional and only focused on money and not trying to gsin lifelong customers ! To make a long story short we got 2 basic pedicures and they cut 2 of my husbands toes and was rushing polishing my toes and it looks like it ! My husband tipped 15 and our bill was $90 i was supposed to get gel polish but needed a fill in but the guy said he could buff file it to make it look right , after doing 5 fingers it looked horrific so i said forget about it ! So we had already paid and they refused to refund me ! So i left with my nails not done but paid for ☹️ I was having a medical procedure the next early morning and wanted to be neat ! They called me and said come back we wanna fix this situation and didn’t say they were gonna charge another 20 til i got there ! Wasted gas if she had said that on the phone I would have said thats ok ! Sad but ok ! They lost 2 people who believe in being faithful and tipping! There loss for sure !!! It should be more about establishing a consistent client than about thr money ! But they could care less if you come back !!! Pretty dumb ♀️ polish chipped and my big toe has polish all on skin !! Will never return!! The lady was rude and arguing at me pretty much saying bye no refund !

They were so fast but yet took their time. I never really liked getting my nails done because they don’t turn out how I want but my nails are PERFECT. They were so honest and told me what would look good and what wouldn’t. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I’ll definitely become a regular customer here!! Manicure

if I could give it negative stars I would, I asked the guy to fix up the shape because it wasn’t very almond shaped & I was told I was “picky” even though my nails are super lopsided and I have nail polish all over my cuticles. Everyone of my nails is a different shape. Not a pleasant experience. Will definitely not be coming back again!

Cut my skin on my toe, barely did filing on the bottom of my feet, hot towel was very raggety falling apart, massage was to rub the same spot on the top of my foot for 25 seconds. I won’t go back. They were friendly and I could have overlooked all of it except the cut on my toe.

I arrived just before noon and my nail technician started my pedicure water right away. He was very friendly and provided me the neatest service! I have been in search of a nail tech for a while and I finally think I found the right place for me! My only regret is that I didn’t ask him his name! Lol! I’ll remember to get it on my next visit! Today was my first visit to this particular nail salon. I am so happy I decided to make an appointment with them. I arrived just before noon and my nail technician started my pedicure water right away. He was very friendly and provided me the neatest service! I have been in search of a nail tech for a while and I finally think I found the right place for me! My only regret is that I didn’t ask him his name! Lol! I’ll remember to get it on my next visit!
