If I could give this place no stars I would. It was just flat out nasty and unsanitary. They do not use bowl liners for the pedicure stations and they reuse the tools and who knows if they were cleaned in between customers. The worst part of my visit ROACHES. I watched a roach crawl from under the station next to me and up on to mine during my pedicure. NEVER AGAIN.

I have frequented this establishment for 30 years. I really like my technician Tracy. The shop is old and could use some updating, but that doesn’t stop me from loving the place. I get a professional job done at an affordable price.

I used to go every 2 weeks to get my nails done by Julie, I would always schedule an appointment so that I did not have to wait. Due to their greed they would still squeeze in people in front of my appointment times. The first few times I let it slide, but it became a habit every time I went in, and when I would say something about it they tried to make it like I was wrong. You make appointments for a reason to not have to wait. Then at my last time there,? I’d waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time so when I got upset the manager told me I couldn’t make appointments anymore like I was the one in the wrong. I work to hard for my money to give it to anyone who doesn’t appreciate it. I would give a 0 if I could.

Oh this is not one of the most prestigious looking salon shops. I rate it five stars for their productivity. Quality of service, and speed of service. I go here for the speed of service more than anything. They have so many technicians!!! I don’t go here to be pampered I go here to get my nails done, so I can get on with my day and other errands etc. the key here is finding a particular technician that you like and to stick with them. They are all good and qualified they just don’t have different skill levels. I had to go through three or four that just did okay and everything’s about their work I didn’t particularly care for it but I just kept going back until I found the one that I like. I always ask for Lisa. I have been seeing her off and on for 20 years. I have moved out of this area but I still go back now to have her do my nails. I’m in and out of there so fast I can hardlyblink anytime I use lisa.

Quick and reliable ask for Lucy . Doesn’t take debit but has an atm inside so you don’t have to go elsewhere. No wait time if so very minimal plenty of nail techs with experience m also really good prices unlike nail salons. I will always return!

HORRIBLE! 1st time trying this place & the last. The shop was dirty, they do not use liners for the pedicure tubs. We are in a pandemic, thats unsamitary and unacceptable!! The technician rushed through my mani/pedi and my nails look horrible. Also, they only accept cash (there is an ATM inside the shop).
