So glad I found Chau!!!! Chau is an amazing nail technician. Her pedicures and manicures are the best I have gotten. They not only are the best but they last too. I started using DIP powders with her on my hands and love them. Her room is always neat and clean and she wipes down everything after each client. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her, she’s the best!

I always get compliments on my nails and I’m asked where I get them done. Chau is courteous and professional. Her booth is extremely clean and inviting. She provides 5-star service every time. I was so nervous moving to Columbus and leaving my fantastic nail tech back home. Well after a miss or two after first landing here my worries were over. After finding Nails by Chau I will never go anywhere else as long as I’m here. Located in a great location in Gahanna, Chau is as good as it gets. Dare I use the word Perfection? Professional, Knowledgeable and Sweet as can be…you will enjoy your time with Chau in a private loft with a relaxing atmosphere. She has a massage chair and tv playing cute romantic comedies. I love it! And, you will leave with the best looking nails you have possibly ever had. The only reason I hesitate to write this review is I hope she will still have appointments available for me!

I hoped I found my new place for my services. Unfortunately, Chau has canceled my appointment twice after I booked via her website and obtained my confirmation. Chau doesn’t offer a valid explanation and didn’t offer to reschedule me. I found her nonchalant attitude totally unacceptable. Her reviews are high but there is a lack of professionalism that is even higher.

Hands down, Chau is the best nail technician I’ve come across in the Columbus area. Her schedule is usually booked the week of, so if you want an appointment– plan and be proactive with scheduling!
