I started coming here during the beginning the pandemic and have been receiving services here during for the past few months and everything is always clean and always such a welcoming environment! I have gone to my fair share of places and I was never able to stay long enough because the work and quality lacked as soon as you became a regular. Nails by Charm is NOTHING like that! Charm takes a lot of pride into making renovations and keeping the place immaculate. After a few visits you get a customer appreciation discount. She offers a coffee/drink bar where you can make a nice hot coffee or tea as you wait for your appointment. She’s very detail-oriented and never rushes you. Charm has is such a talented artist and she always offers fresh and new ideas. She has so many options of gems, stickers, polishes, that it’s truly a pleasure and I look forward to my appointments every time! She goes over and beyond for her customers and always does so with a positive attitude If your looking for a place that will always keep you with up to date designs on your nails! This review is honestly LONG overdue! I have never been more blown away by service, professionalism and consistency like I have for Nails by Charm! I started coming here during the beginning the pandemic and have been receiving services here during for the past few months and everything is always clean and always such a welcoming environment!
