This is the second time I’ve used this salon. Diana did my nails on my initial visit and I really loved my nails. I was with my previous nail tech for over 15 years and when I moved, I would still drive over 30 minutes to let him do my nails because I couldn’t find anyone in the Katy area that did good work like he does, until Diana did my nails. Diana definitely set the bar high. My second visit, I scheduled my appointment with Diana but when I arrived to my appointment, she was still with another client and I was told another nail technician would be doing my nails. The young woman was very kind and courteous, and I think she was new and although her work is not horrible, I am still not satisfied with her work. My suggestion is, if a nail tech is overbooked, then contact the customer and give them the option to reschedule without losing their deposit. I am very particular and if I set my appointment with someone, that’s who I want to do my nails. The white nails are Diana’s work. The nude nails you can see the gap between my cuticle and acrylic nail and in person you can see lumps. Also, the shape was supposed to be coffin. I didn’t make a fuss, still left a tip but not sure if I will return. The shop is nice, clean and the staff members are nice but I just didn’t care for the job done on my nails this time around.

First time visiting! I felt welcomed upon entering. I was greeted with a smile. Clean environment & it’s super cute & chic! I’m new to Texas & was in need of a nail tech. Ivelisse serviced me. She was sweet & speedy lol! I think this was the fastest acrylic set I’ve had done. An older lady did my pedicure and she was amazing! She took her time and didn’t rush. My only complaint is, the polish on my toes didn’t match my nails. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.

I’ve been getting my nails done at nails by Arely for a while now and I think my latest set was my favorite! I got them done for the BTS concert in Vegas and they fit the theme perfectly! Arely is always so open to doing fun art on my sets and getting creative even when I randomly want a hello kitty set for my birthday (which turned out lovely). Overall, the only salon I would want to get my nails done at and the pricing is very affordable! Everyone in the katy/cypress area should support this small business and all of its techs!

Made an appt here to get my daughters nails done for homecoming. They were very professional and prompt, salon is very nice with a lot of thought put into it, it feels fancy! If you’re taking your daughter for a school event bring her school ID, we didn’t have ours with us that day but I saw a sign saying you get a discount with the school ID. Great experience, she loves her and so far has not had one come off, yay!

My nails fell off in a week! Very unprofessional and ghettofied work staff. The girl that did my nails was nice and they looked pretty afterwards. I never had my nails start lifting within a weeks time. Not worth the money.
