Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueYeah don’t waste your time, very careless, not neat, sloppy work, waste of money, customer service is bad I could go on and on. My appointment was at 5 pm didn’t start doing my nails at 5:20pm… the lady cut me and saw that I was bleeding but kept going… not to mention I didn’t get what I asked for. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your time and money this place is not good. Overall my nails were messy and it felt like was rushed, so never again! Yeah don’t waste your time, very careless, not neat, sloppy work, waste of money, customer service is bad I could go on and on. My appointment was at 5 pm didn’t start doing my nails at 5:20pm… the lady cut me and saw that I was bleeding but kept going… not to mention I didn’t get what I asked for. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have always been treated well, nails are always perfect and they try to be accommodating if I don’t have an appointment. The shop is cleaner than most, and the salon next door is a huge plus. One stop shopping for all your beauty needs.
