I went in to get a gel manicure. The nail technician was nice but seemed to be inexperienced when it came to gel manicures. She was very rough when cutting the cuticles and not waiting until they were soft. I kept asking her for a square tip and she gave me a round tip after telling her multiple times what I wanted.

This place is good for feet if you’re looking to have callus removal. They always do a thorough job. My caveat is that I’ve always been rushed here when it comes to polish, whether I make an appointment or not. I’ve had Amy and her mother do it. Amy can do a decent job, but I don’t think her mother can see well anymore and always leaves my nails looking sloppy. She is a lovely woman, but whenever she does my nails she gets polish on the cuticles and my nails starts peeling/chipping away from the cuticle after a couple of days.

Everytime I have come here to get my nails done (only 3 times have I stopped in because I’ve seen great reviews ) it’s always about 1 hour and 1/2 before they close and she always says she can not see me or is unavailable but it’s always empty in this place it’s doesn’t make sense I will never come here again. Very Disappointed
