If you are expecting a gorgeous nail job you better skip Hanna. I did an online booking with a note that said I was not sure about what I wanted to have since it was my first time doing nails. I always do it myself and am pretty sure it was prettier than Hanna’s job. I asked her for some information about what kind of service they provide but Hanna was not friendly to answer me. So I chose the most expensive one with the thought it might be the best. I was wrong. She sticks an extended fake nail on my nail and it was not straight obvious, so I told her that. Her solution was to file it. man ofc it did not help to make it straight so I beg her to re-put it but seemed like she did but was not happy about that. She put too much glue gel when I paid extra to have a small piece of crystal even was only ONE Crystal. Her mood was like ….. She needed to go home so bad or something, rush and rude… She pulled my hands many times and I told her that she could just let me know what she wanted me to do or where I could put my hands on. She said Okay but still pulled them.

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI would not recommend this place. It is not clean and poorly equipped. Alice is not skilled in gel manicure. Even regular manicure is subpar. I did go there because she was acting ”sweet” as previous reviewes described and I had an ingrown nail issue. During my last visit, I commented that my nails are breaking after her jail manicure and asked not to file it down too much. Suddenly, she exploded. She pulled the bowl from under my feet and told me I stress her out and she does not want to do my nails. That was bizarre and unprofessional. She was happily accepting my generous tips and booking my appointments. So much for her ” sweetness”- the only thing she had to offer.Anyway, within an hour I found another professional salon where I received great service.I would not recommend this place. This is my new fav nail place. Alice is warm and welcoming and has a great selection of colors. She takes her time and make sure you are comfortable and happy with the results. She also offers massages and her skills are incredible. The space is cozy and clean. Will definitely be going back.
