If I could give 0 stars I would. I just moved here. I rather make the drive to Palm Beach. Worst customer service and not very clean. Dot go. You’ll regret it. I went in and stated that I wanted next GEN and a gel pedicure. I informed them that I did not want pure white so they suggested a color call funny bunny. Common sense.l would tell you to make sure you have the color for the services I requested before starting. however Once my pedicure was completed they stated that they didn’t have any more of the color for my nail, so they wanted to mix a color to make one that was close enough. I stated that was not going to work for me and could they accommodate the French for the inconvenience. Everything is a charge. If you cut down there’s a charge, if you reshape there’s a charge. if you soak off nails that you got done there originally that’s a charge . I would not recommend this place. Receptionist Jessica had an attitude because they didn’t have the color that she recommended.Epic fail. Save your time and money. Trust me

5 Star Nails has been a blessing to me. I never pampered myself ever and I decided to one day try it out about 8-9 months ago with my cousin and my aunt and I loved it. It is now a part of my monthly routine to go and visit Vicky my nail tech for the mani and pedi treatments because she treats me with lots of love and care especially since my cuticles are very sensitive. I enjoyed meeting and getting to know Jess as well. I see her first thing in the morning and get greeted with a smile and she makes me laugh a lot. 5 Star Nails is definitely worth the 5 Star rating for sure. Thank you guys for giving me the strength to feel good about myself again. I had no idea that self care is also something that contributes to mental health and well being and I appreciate all of you!

Nothing. Had a gel manicure and pedicure done a week ago. Have an infection in one of my toes from where the girl cut me. The gel polish on my nails didn’t even last a week and my nails were filed super uneven. Horrible job and I will never be back.

This is by far one of my worst experiences. My nails are bowed down in the middle, horribly painted, filed unevenly, and to top it off my cuticle was ripped off with a dremel! I will add photos to show what i mean but $60 for these? I asked for clear dip with tips. Then cat eye gel with a purple heavy chrome on 2 fingers. The gel was poorly applied and not cured correctly and they applied an incorrect base color below the chrome. I went to school for cosmetology and it just astounds me to find out that people find this an acceptable condition to send your clients away in. If you cant do it say so! This was 40 minutes ago!
