I went in super excited to get my nails done, I asked the lady if she was able to do a specific design and she said no problem. Then when she was putting the base of acrylic she said I do not know how to do design and can ask someone else, I said okay. Then she says pick something easy because I have to leave, I thought someone else was able to do my design, i wound up hating my nails, she rushed me and still charged me $73. Unbelievable never coming back.

I am so disappointed that this place even calls its self a nail salon. The customer service is horrible not to mention they have a few nail polish colors to choose from that are all dried out. I could have done a better job at home.They rushed through the manicure and pedicure leaving my nails with dry skin and jagged. The paint job, well my 2 year old could have done a better job. I will never go here again and I recommended spending money at a nail salon that will take an extra minute to make sure you get what you pay for.

Came in for a simple dip powder nail removal. The tech absolutely ruined my nails and my nails are now peeling and chipped. She took no care of my nails and drilled right past the powder and through my nails. And then I was charged $8 for the removal. Disappointed, as this is my only bad experience here after coming here for a long time.

I went there a week ago and left without getting my nails done. I tried to explain the lady over 3 times what I wanted, she said “yes”, shook her head and smiled but could not understand a word cause she does not speak English… She hurt my nail trying to get my acrylics off… I got scared… tipped her a few dollars to stop and ran out of there. Make sure that if you go there the person who is helping you out speaks English and understands what you want.
