First and last time coming here. The people and service are meh. They use old thick polish that seems to never dry. I sat for over -an half an hour and still not completely dry.

My first visit. I wanted to get the dip nails as I heard it’s not so harsh like acrylic. I was seated right away n I was a little nervous, but Ruby had a great energy n I relaxed. I brought a pix of a design I hoped she could do. She is very talented n meticulous. She put her own spin on the design which was way better than the picture! I appreciate her talent n will definitely be returning. Thank you Ruby

I’ve been coming to this place for 2 years on and off. Everyone is really nice but the service quality is below average. I’ve gotten different types of designs and nails but I’ve never left this shop fully satisfied. Bumpy polish, different shapes, crooked nails, freezing water. It’s always something. I’ve been getting a mani and pedi for the past 3 months no acrylics and somehow it still takes 2 hours plus. Employees are nice yes, but efficient not at all. After 2 years I finally had it and will not be returning

Everything was great up until the end when she didn’t massage or lotion my hands. Between my daughter and myself, I spent $175 plus tip. I think she could have taken the time to finish my service. She was just anxious to get to her next client. Disappointing. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Love it here. Will not go anywhere else. Definitely schedule an appointment though, if you have a favorite technician or you will get whoever is available and not with a customer. Sometimes with an appointment though, you will still have to wait 15-30 minutes for them to finish up with a previous customer.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first visit to this location & my last. The staff was extremely rude. The lady that started my pedicure did not complete it as she was extremely rude & rough with my feet. I paid $60 for a gel manicure & pedicure. The polish on the gel manicure chipped after the first day! I’ve NEVER had this happen with a gel manicure. The polish on my toes which wasn’t gel chipped on the second day. Positive: CleanlinessI have been using this Salon for several years. I have moved to other areas. This is still my favorite place to get my eyebrows done. The wait is not long. The techs are friendly and pleasant. The shop is always clean. I still come over here to have my eyebrows done. I am always on pleased!!

Critical: ProfessionalismMe and my mom arrived at about 1030am. The ladies did a great job on our feet . When we were finished we were sent to tables 9 and 10. It started out a good experience until another customer comes into a busy salon wanting a nail fixed for a furneal. Apparently her nail tech was the lady doing my nails. She told her to come back in 45mins. Mind you my mother was next. I ended up getting up and leaving because the tech and manager said no and were laughing about the situation. Now anybody in there right mind knows they were wrong. Now that I’m thinking about it I shouldn’t paid for the job she started. Never again will we go there.
