I have reviewed this nail salon once already but I think my recent visit this go around was even better then the first! My husband made me an appointment for 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:09 am and I was Immediately placed with my nail tech (Hien). I sat down with no expectation I asked him if he would free hand my nails with a Christmas theme and Christmas colors, he agreed and we started! He DIDNT rush, we had small conversations and he wasn’t rough with my nails. As he began to work I was amazed because it was probably more then I could have ever expected or asked for. But he did it and did such an amazing job! I walked out the salon at 9:09 with an amazing full set of nails! Shout out to Hien for the amazing job he did highly recommend you make your appointments with him lady’s!

I continuously had to instruct “Kevin” that he hadn’t painted the entire toe. I got so fed up that I gave up. I’m all for good service, but this was an awful job. I left extremely unsatisfied. There was still polish around my nails and he didn’t apply polish close enough to the cuticle. It looked like my nails were a week old when I left the shop, even AFTER I advised him to get closer to the cuticle. I am extremely upset with the price I paid and will tell EVERYONE not to go back to this place of business from now on. I feel like I paid full price for partial service. And it wasn’t cheap!

I have been to Nails and Beyond 5 times, and each time is always an extreme disappointment. This past visit, my nail technician, Cathy, criticized my choice of nail color, proceeding to let me know that it was a “horrible choice” and was “way too light considering my skin color.” I then asked for a new set, however, she only removed my previous set, and kept my regular nails. Come to find out, I was charged for a new set (which I never ended up receiving). I reasonably complained, stating I should not be charged for something I was not given, however, it was her word against mine, and she was adamant that she gave me the new set. So I was charged $50 for an entirely incomplete service. This will be my last time here, and I advise customers to be aware about the lack of concentration and commitment most technicians here possess. There has yet to be a time where I didn’t walk out with cuts from the tools, incomplete paint jobs, or sloppy paintings. I normally NEVER leave reviews, but customers are far better off doing their nails at home than coming here.

It was the Sunday before our cruise. My daughter and I were looking to get our nails done for it. We stopped at multiple places only to find they were ALL closed. Feeling upset we got back in the car to drive home when we saw Nails and Beyond with an OPEN sign up. We checked the hours and they are supposed to close at four but there were still many people inside. We went in and Dan did an amazing job. We got shellac and everything even though it was long past closed. We really appreciate them staying late for us to get our nails done. Service was nice.

If you’re looking for a perfectly mediocre mani-pedi experience, you’ve come to the right place. The shop itself looks less than well-sanitized, and the staff does not use individual liners in the pedi chairs. The pedi itself was fine, but certainly nothing impressive. I had asked for a gel manicure, and the woman doing my nails pushed hard for me to get a dip manicure instead. It came out looking thick and clumpy, and my thumbnail chipped in 2 days. I called to request an appointment to get it fixed, and was told no appointment was needed. When I arrived at the shop to get my 2-day old manicure repaired, I was told there was no one available to help me and would I mind waiting a half hour. When I told the receptionist that I had called the day before to ask about an appointment so I could avoid this very scenario, she looked at me blankly and did very little to rectify the situation. I left and have not been back.

Awful. $105 for a gel pedicure and French manicure. Tech OFFERED me to return because it was so bad! Didn’t even have the correct gel polish! Two toes are now infected also! Never again, even for the re-do!
