My sister went here yesterday and was called CHUBBY by her nail technician. They then proceeded to tell her they would do her eyebrows to make her look like a women! And to top it all off they added a tip to her total as if they DESERVED it. She left here feeling as awful as her nails looked AFTER they did them. Absolutely inappropriate and terrible customer service!! People do not pay their hard earned money to sit in a chair to feel good about themselves only to leave feeling horrible because someone who is PAID to provide a service is completely out of line and outright RUDE! This is how you lose business in a heartbeat. My sister and anyone that goes to this place and sits in their chairs PAYS THEIR BILLS. I would have given them a 0 star rating but it wasn’t allowed.

Great experience! My sister and I went as walk-ins. They took us right in. We had wonderful pedicures. The staff was very nice. We enjoyed the conversation. My sister had a manicure as well. Not knowing where to get service, we called several places. They were the only ones to pick up the phone. The place was clean, accessible, and easy to find.
