I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews… but I will make an exception. Probably the worst mani/pedi I’ve had. I kind of knew it when I sat down in the chair, just by her behavior.. but you know how it goes… you’re sitting there and think “How bad could it be?” Well, it was bad. I had nail dip and a reg pedicure. I was suspicious when she had a problem just getting the color I asked for… and then she had a problem putting one fake tip on my nail, which when she finally manage to get it on, the nail looked “bumpy.” But, when she only put my nails in the machine once… I thought this is not good. Again, in my head I made excuses, but as I checked out, when the desk hostess asked me how was my experience, I told her the truth. Now it’s a little over a week later, and my nails are chipped and broken. An expensive experience. On another note, the front desk person was very nice, as was another nail tech who noticed that I wasn’t happy. I would like to give a another tech there a chance, but honestly, I don’t want to take the chance.

Looks beautiful inside, staff are pleasant but ive tried this place twice, to give them the benefit of the doubt, first time they didn’t do a great job on my pedicure, second time she didnt give me a card to choose what pedicure i wanted, i didnt know the prices (my bad), i paid $80 and she made my toenail bleed, it hurt for a few days after, she tried to cover it with her fingers, like I didn’t feel it. I’m easy going really but she (stephanie or sophy), should have at least apologized and they should ensure to give out a card for prices for all services like at other salons. (i asked twice and she seemed to skirt over the question with another question).

I went in for a pedicure. I was escorted to the chair. Do you think my pedicurist could say hello? No. She talked the ENTIRE time to the pedicurist next to her in a different language, non stop! When I was done she put wet flip flops on me and as I walked to the drying station, I almost slipped. While I was drying, I tried to take my wet shoes off to let them dry. I was afraid I would break my neck on the way out, and I messed up my toenails. She came and yelled at me! She could yell at me in English but could not say hello? After 5 years going there, I won’t be back. Receptionist and owner were nice though. I didn’t leave a tip.

Probably the worst nail job I’ve seen. Left old nail polish on my skin rather then make it look right I was told once I wash my hands a few times it will come off. I had to direct her to make all the nails to be filed the same shape. I originally had white tips she wouldn’t replace my broken one with a white tip so I had to have them all painted. On top of all this horrible work and customer service. It cost 40 dollars for a fill. Will never go back.

Wonderful spa pedi! Came in for 1st time and had the best service by Bamboo. She gave such a nice massage (legs and feet) and I was in relaxation heaven! There are some dissatisfied reviews below and I can say, give them a chance because I had a completely different experience! Definitely a return customer.

I got a pedi here today and I think my 4yr old grandson could have done a better job. VERY disappointed, and I will NEVER go back. My toenails aren’t even painted fully, NO lotion on my legs after, and just a total rush job. I also had a friend come with and she got the same out come. (Two different people)
