Critical: QualityDid not file/shape my nails as I asked. I had 1 perfect oval shape & length, asked to make them all that shape & length. They ended up much shorter and squared off. She even tried to cut the sample nail shorter after I said it was what I wanted. She even tried to cut the sample nail shorter after I said it was what I wanted. Just like so many places, you tell them what you want (and are paying for) then they do what they want.

Gel manicures can be a daunting process. Solvents are the worst for nails. Machinery to take polish of is just as bad. Nails and beyond uses none of that for the gels!!! My first time they took my hands, pulled out hand nail files and began sanding gently! Within 10 minutes my first hand was ready for the process!
