I cried leaving this place after having two people from this salon try to fix my nails they messed up it just wasn’t worth the money and I wasted my time only to have to find another salon in Brandon to fix and redo all the work that had been done. Second while in the chair getting my toes done there were roaches crawling and when I told the lady she smacked them with the towel she was using on me I will not be going to this place again I’m traumatized

This place was awful! I had German roaches crawl on me and the counters. The lady doing my services had no idea what she was doing. They left nail polish all over my hands. The polish was put on so thick that it was lumpy, waving, and all over my cuticles. When I told them I was unhappy (which was made clear over and over again) someone else took over and he just kept adding polish and making it worse. I asked them to please just stop because what they were doing including cutting my cuticles, which was painful. They tried to charge me for services that were not received. I will never step foot back in this establishment and recommend that no one else waste their time and money there either. Absolutely horrible experience.

My go to nail salon. They always do a wonderful job whenever I go and get a mani and pedi. I’ve never gotten tips put on or requested a design, but I typically do a gel or dip polish and it always looks wonderful and lasts!

Don’t go here. I have been once, was overcharged for a basic design, squared a not long whatsoever. Ended up charging me $65. (This was in 2020) Fast forward to TODAY . I walk in asking for a basic Pink & White French tip. Asked how much the price difference in gel & acrylic. Lady said it’s the same price, asked her how much gel French tip would be an quoted me $65-$75 based on length an shape. I said I just was short a square, still said it would be $65! Do not go here, you will be overcharged!

They really do a great job. I will say several times I’ve had an issue with lifting but lately everything has been flawless. My nails normally last at least 4 weeks sometimes longer but I like to consistent. I strongly recommend Steven!

They do amazing long fancy extra nails that I have gotten before for special occasions and wouldn’t get fills. But apparently they don’t care about short nails. They are all different lengths and have a weird line near my cuticle and has discoloration, I noticed all these things when I got home. And also, I have never in my life paid $48 for a FILL. Until I got a fill there. I was also asked to pay before they were even done which I don’t think is right. The two stars are only for the long nails that were good.

This was my first time here and literally everyone in this salon was very welcoming and fun! Pamela did my nails & Gao did my toes. They all truly do a great job and listen to what you actually want done. So happy I found this place, I’m glad I chose to try it out, because they actually care about their clients & it shows.

I asked for a very simple design the nail tech said yes to it (just wanted three squiggle lines in different colors) on only two nails, the lady kept messing it up (which is ok I’m patient and understanding) however she started getting rude when I pointed out that she changed the color without asking me first and saying “I can’t spend 2 hours on a design” as if it was my fault, in the midst of her being rude and blaming it on me, a roach crawled in front of me, I ended up having a completely different design than I wanted and couldn’t stay longer because I was already super late to an event, the guy at the counter said for he to come back and he would do the design for me but I don’t have the time, I was given a 5$ discount and I wasn’t going to write this review but now a week later and my nails are already cracking and falling off, I will not be returning, all in all if you just want your nails painted a solid color your probably safe to go here but if you want a specific design make sure you have a nail tech who is good with designs. I wish I could get a refund honestly.
