left the place with rusty nails, the tech was rushing because she had to redo my whole hand & the length of nails doesn’t even match evenly. I spent over $100 for simple pedi & gel manicure and she didn’t even clean my cuticles and added tips to make the length even. Wasted my time & money. I still tipped her for her time, so enjoy the good tip but i won’t be going back to this place.

I have been going here for 1 year and I recommend all of my friends here too. Big mistake!!!! Please please if you don’t want to end up with injuries don’t go there. I just wanted simple French tips. The lady that did it took 3 hours just doing it and when it came to doing the simple French design she stopped midway and said “I don’t know how to do it”. Another one of the employees (Michelle) was getting her own nails done. And the other employees were at the pedicure chairs getting messages. Their own employees! When I asked if there was anyone else that could do that he French tips. Michelle the employee yelled. “We’re busy she’s trying her best. Pick something else”. Very unprofessional. I left with the worst nails. Even then I was like I’m not going to write a bad review. But it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and my nails have been breaking left and right. My ring finger nail broke so bad that there was blood everywhere. They are very very unprofessional. Please if you love your nails don’t go there!

Came here to do a mother daughter pedicure and they were quick to work on my 7 yo daughter but no one wanted to wait on me. There were ppl who came after me and they were given service. I had to repeatedly ask for my water to be heated and she only listened once. My daughters nails were going to be done before my pedicure finished so I said I didn’t want it anymore. And when I got upset and said that, that’s when they came rushing to do my pedicure. They were extremely rude and really dismissive. Will never come here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is so rude and refuse to listen to what you want done and do whatever they feel, which is usually the most expensive option. I had asked for regular polish acrylics and the lady kept showing dip and gel polish over and over again. It took several attempts to get her to use regular polish. I asked if they did chrome nails and her response was as if I had said something so disrespectful. I’ve tried giving this place a chance but every experience has been worst than the previous one. Never again.

A lady said a price but I was surprised with another price when she finished and said it was the price of nail polish. She used to treat my hands like a toy and was rushing to take another customer until my nails started bleeding, but she didn’t care like that. It was the worst experience. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and money on something trivial. I got out of there and started crying because I don’t like it, please don’t go there ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

They sat me down saying they could do designs and acrylics. They didn’t clean or do any mani and said that would cost extra. When the lady saw down to do my nails the first thing she said was she doesn’t do designs (simple squiggly line) and didn’t even bother trying. so I asked for french tips and it ended up being so thick it covered half of the nail….The lady had bad attitude since the get go and didn’t wanna be there. I was really looking forward to getting my nails done and relax instead i was stressed and disappointed with my nails.
