The nail staff here is extremely rude. I took a chance and walked in asking for a glazed donut nail and was immediately treated with absolute disrespect. I left right after the nail tech removed the gel off my nails because I did not feel comfortable. I did notice that the staff treated white Americans with kindness. Maybe it’s a race issue, implicit biases? Whatever it is I’ll never come back here.

Never have a ever had this much of a terrible experience. First off, you can make an appt at this salon and show up on time and they still take 20+ min to see you. Second, my mom got dip there. Long story short it was done poorly, cracks in the polish, un even edges, and they did not even cut cuticles. Well I called the salon and spoke to Anthony. We sent him photos, and he agreed it was done poorly and that she could get the nails redone. We did not ask for a refund. We simply wanted the results we paid over $50 for. He helped us schedule an appt to re-do the nails. My mother goes in, waits 20 min to be seen after said appt, and the nail tech is complaining “it’s my day off” says that multiple times to my mother. She then spoke to Joe- the manager, he was completely rude and unprofessional. At this point my mother did not even want to get the nails re-done. She just had them remove the dip and cut cuticles, and just paint clear polish bc she wanted to get out of that salon. I am shocked by this experience. Totally unprofessional and we will both never return again. Deff don’t recommend going here. Overall very poor service and poor communication from manager to customer. They also haven’t returned any of my calls. Terrible.

The past two experiences have been sub par. The techs were unfriendly and actually caused pain during a manicure. This last appointment was the final straw. We booked Dead Sea pedicures but were charged for a more expensive one. We realized it the next day after looking at our receipt and called. The girl who answered the phone stated we received some organic pedicure. I stated that’s not what we scheduled and I have the electronic confirmation. She said that didn’t matter because we could change our mind when we come in. Wait so we order something and you can do whatever you want when we get there then charge us for that? Yes, she said. Basically saying it’s my fault. Then told me she would have someone call me. They never did.

I will NEVER let these OLD & ANCIENT women touch my nails again. First of all my nails are mine. I use liquid acrylic to preserve them because of my career. My appointment was with Lauren. She was obviously very inexperienced with the liquid acrylic. She made my nails look hideous. They looked fake. All lumpy and uneven. I was almost in tears. I call to explain. Someone by the name of Kim, I believe, then says to come back so that she can fix for me. Kim sat at the first seat by the desk. So I assumed she was the owner or maybe at least the head nail tech. Nonetheless, Kim trying to fix for me was an epic fail. The job she’d done was even more ugly and just an all around mess than Lauren had previously managed to do. I have been getting my nails done for years and sometimes you are forced to use a different nail tech rather than your home nail salon. My nails could have fungus and all that but I WOULD NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Skills here are non existent. I have no idea how these women make money or are even in business. $50 – for my tears I guess. I can cry for free! & Lauren cut my nails with a NAIL CLIPPER. Never used primer before applying the liquid acrylic. Her filing literally RUINED my nails!!!!!!!!!!!

The new management of this shop is wonderful! My husband and I both received pedicures and my nails turned out fabulous as always! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI literally regret ever stepping foot in here. I came to get my eyebrows done at 6:30pm 11/19. This kind of older lady at the front with short hair did my eyebrows. I was very specific to her and she started off good & then i guess someone was calling her and she started rushing. Towards the end she was being very careless & I wish i got her name. That’s not even the worst part. She charged me $15!!!!!!! I’m so upset because the lady was so nice but was rushing because her shift was over!! I didn’t leave no tip. Please i am begging do not go to this place to get your eyebrows done.
